sinead runs her own organising business: Anderson organising.fr she is a tefl teacher, a mum, a proud Irish speaker and a qualified life coach. she's been in france with matt and the kids since 2003.

Matthew has been involved in directing many successful companies in france, Ireland and the uk. he is a cambridge qualified English teacher since 2005, a musician, a dad and a judo black belt.

born in nice, Ben is an undergraduate student in business studies at the international university of monaco. The exam centre was mostly his idea and he's keen to get involved wherever he can

            HEATHER DRAY

Heather Dray brings hands-on operational expertise gained during her three years as Cambridge English Exams Officer. She managed day-to-day operations for certified English language exams, including candidate coordination, invigilator training, and full compliance with Cambridge protocols.

Her deep understanding of security procedures, certification logistics, and administrative systems ensures that The Exam Centre maintains the highest level of operational integrity. She knows what it takes to run accredited exams smoothly, securely, and in line with international standards.

Now an independent English literature teacher, Heather combines academic rigour with strong exam delivery insight. Her advisory role ensures that The Exam Centre stays aligned with evolving certification practices while remaining grounded in trusted, real-world solutions

            NEIL HOLOHAN

Neil Holohan brings over twenty years of experience in education, compliance, and project management, with a specialisation in launching and accrediting regulated institutions. He has created training centres, overseen certifications like ACELS and QQI, and implemented rigorous quality assurance systems.

His leadership experience spans multi-site projects, managing teams of up to 50 staff and handling multi-million-euro budgets. He excels in strategic planning, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and delivering measurable results across complex educational environments.

Neil supports The Exam Centre with both strategic and operational guidance. His expertise helps shape scalable processes and maintain high-trust environments as the association grows and adapts to new opportunities.

         MICHEL MARTIN

Michel Martin is President of SCR ABAI, a business angel company supporting young ventures. Retired from a career spanning engineering and entrepreneurship, he brings deep insight into feasibility, innovation, and governance.

After early work in technical design, Michel moved into strategic roles offering advisory and financial support. He co-founded Groupe-Euris in 1986, delivering training tools and consulting to businesses across France and beyond.

Michel’s cross-sector experience and thoughtful leadership now guide The Exam Centre’s development. His role ensures we stay mission-driven while remaining alert to long-term structural needs and economic realities.
